I thought about the idea of having a mailbox for the people in the guild, that holds like 1 - 3 items maybe.

for example: If I want to leave an "item" for "Guildie X" and he is offline, I can leave it for him in a guild mail box.... then when he logs in he can see that "Ariana Of Damia has left 2 items for you....."

Just a thought

Although I'd like to expand on your idea; you should also be able to attach a message with the item you left, something like "This is for your hard work and dedication to the guild" ?

I like that idea

I just think that the idea of being able to leave something for someone that you just cant meet up with to give them is a good idea, especially for guilds with people in more than one continent, sometimes you are not all ONLINE at the same time.

Well I am sure if ANet decides to do something of this nature it would be enjoyed by all!

But it wouldnt have to be an item....it could be say a message(only a message, no item) that you want them to hear, but not for the other guildies to hear, right?

i like the idea, plus even if they make you stick an item for just sending a message just put on 1 coin lol

I'd like it more if most towns had a public mailbox that you could use like this to send anyone a letter/package, and that you could buy a mailbox for your guild hall.
